As ski racing has become an increasingly serious endeavor, I have tried to keep my goals simple keeping the momentum going forward. I strive to accomplish this on a daily basis. I have always stayed away from solely ‘number-based’ goals. However, winning a gold medal will be the result of constant, disciplined attention to reproducing my best skiing on each and every turn. These thoughts keep things simple for me. I am confident that I will achieve this more and more throughout my career. Achieving success consistently will allow me to be a serious contender on the World Cup circuit.

My goals in this sport will be ultimately reached when I achieve:

• Olympic podiums
• World Championship podiums
